Commission is calculated on the net amount actually collected, after discounts, at the rate in effect when the order came in. Edit a consignor's rate today and yesterday's sales don't move. Refunds adjust against the original rate — never a fresh one. A daily reconciliation pass re-reads your orders from Shopify and surfaces any drift. Nothing is silently corrected.
